This advanced session incorporates complex movement patterns, dynamic transitions, and increased resistance across the reformer and apparatus. Expect a strong focus on deep core integration, full-body coordination, and refined technique, with an emphasis on maintaining control through more demanding exercises. This class moves at a steady, athletic pace and requires confidence in foundational and intermediate Pilates work. Instructor approval is required to ensure readiness and safety, as well as to maintain the integrity and flow of the class.
