Service Description
A highly challenging, performance-based class designed for experienced clients ready to push their strength, control, and precision to the next level. This advanced session incorporates complex movement patterns, dynamic transitions, and increased resistance across the reformer and apparatus. Expect a strong focus on deep core integration, full-body coordination, and refined technique, with an emphasis on maintaining control through more demanding exercises. This class moves at a steady, athletic pace and requires confidence in foundational and intermediate Pilates work. Instructor approval is required to ensure readiness and safety, as well as to maintain the integrity and flow of the class.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled sessions may be cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice to the studio by the client. If notice of cancellation for a scheduled session is not received at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session, the client agrees to pay the full amount that would have been due had the scheduled session taken place. Class changes or transfers are treated the same as cancellations. If a client changes or transfers from a class within 12 hours of the start time of the originally booked class, the change will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable late cancellation or class credit policy will apply. Scheduled FREE INTRO sessions may be cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice to the trainer by the client. Unlimited and All Access members will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee when he or she books a Rustic Pines Pilates LLC class and fails to cancel or changes to another class within at least 12 hours before the start of the originally scheduled class. A $15 no-show fee will apply if an Unlimited or All Access member reserves a class and fails to attend the class without cancelling before the start time. A Single Studio member will lose one class credit from his or her membership package for each occurrence in which he or she reserves a Rustic Pines Pilates LLC class and either: - fails to attend the class, - fails to cancel the scheduled class appointment at least 12 hours before the start of class, or - changes to another class within 12 hours of the originally scheduled class. Late cancellation and no-show fees do not apply to FREE INTRO class bookings.
